Kerry quickly put me at ease and we talked about my issue with chocolate, sweets, cakes etc basically all the things that are bad for you!
I don't remember much about the actual hypnotherapy part but what I do know is that it's been 10 days and I have not craved or had any of the sweet stuff (apart from a bit of my son's birthday cake) and I don't feel that I am missing out! I have more energy, my skin is starting to become better and my mental health is better as I'm not getting the sugar rush/crashes of before. I highly recommend Kerry to anyone. '
Most of us understand what a healthy lifestyle looks like. Most of us have 'tried' to live a healthy lifestyle but somehow we always slip back into those bad habits.

Hypnosis offers you access to your vast unconscious mind, providing you with the tools you need to make changes at a deeper, more permanent level.
Our sessions will be shaped by your needs and goals and can include: changing food preferences; managing the emotions behind eating; increasing motivation around healthy choices; building self esteem; crushing cravings; recognising and responding to our body's signals (e.g. fullness) and addressing any other challenges that adopting healthy choices has thrown up in the past.

Group Programme: This is a weekly, online 12 week course.
Week 1: Creating your Goal - using visualisation to create a motivating goal week 2: The hunger dial - tuning into your body and signals of fullness Week 3: The screen of your mind - learning to use self hypnosis to practice and normalise healthy choices Week 4: Identify the cause - looking at the roots of your unhealthy patterns and digging them up! Week 5: Eat the rainbow - learn some tricks to help you embrace a range of healthy foods Week 6: Exercise - establish a regular exercise habit that you actually enjoy Week 7: Banish cravings - learn to control those urges to eat unhealthy foods Week 8: Boost metabolism - use visualisation to enhance the efficiency of your bodily processes! Week 9: Banish unhelpful habits - making healthy switches to new, more nourishing habits Week 10: The virtual Gastric band - a surgery free option for shrinking the stomach and managing portion size Week 11: Love your body - learn to appreciate your body for all it does for you Week 12: Keep up the good work - reflect, celebrate and maintain the momentum you've created
